Job Description


  • Candidate that have relevant working experience 1-2 years will be an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Additional languages will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good time management skills, able to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An ideal candidate would be a dedicated and hardworking, interested in event management and planning.
Responsibilities
  • Accept, review and issue order sheet to production based on customer purchase order
  • Liaise with production and agree customer requested delivery date
  • Generate Delivery Order and Invoice to Customers
  • Internal coordination of sample preparation and submission to customer
  • Coordinate and communicate changes in customer requirements to internal departments
  • Ensure the document and record meets the QMS requirements
  • Ensure the reports and records are filed, labeled and stored properly for easy retrievable
  • Assist to generate monthly sales report
  • Ensure proper and timely compilation of report
  • Any other duties assigned by the Superior
