Key Responsibilities

  • Selling Campaigns and In-App Marketing: Drive merchant success by selling high-impact marketing campaigns and in-app advertising opportunities that boost visibility and customer engagement.
  • Menu Optimization: Evaluate and optimize merchant menus to ensure they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and designed to maximize conversions.
  • Merchant Relationship Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for all merchant-related matters. Maintain productive and long-lasting relationships with our partners.
  • Revenue Maximization: Identify opportunities to increase merchant revenue by developing strategies that enhance their overall performance on our platforms.
Details:
  • Basic Salary MYR 1,800 - MYR 2,500, Plus commission
  • Ideally looking for candidates with sales experience.
  • Role is open to fresh grades.
  • Added advantage if candidate is proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese.
