Responsibilities:



Attend to daily walk-in customers and visitors upon their arrival Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries. Provide product and service information to customers Update and maintain reports, database and filling. Any other duties assigned from time to time by the immediate superior/Management.

Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. Experience in customer service, help desk, hospitality industry will be an added advantage. Good communication, motivated, positive, willing to learn and work in a team. Presentable, with professional appearance and pleasant personality. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Southkey, Johor. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Able to work on a duty rostering which may include weekends and public holidays. Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
