POSITION - SALES COORDINATOR
LOCATION - KAJANG
SALARY - RM 3000-5000
Daily Job Tasks:
Assigning territories and quotas to Sales Department
Promoting customer and order satisfaction
Inputting orders and ensuring order are processed according to customer requirements
Manage and co-ordinate day-to-day activities for sales department such as preparing quotation, tenders, sales agreement/ orders, sales report and etc.
Handle sales processing activities and documentation, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to respective sales manager and personnel.
Assist Sales Manager for scheduling and events coordination, meeting and follow up.

Requirements:
Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
2 years of relevant working experience. However fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Aggressive, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
Good customer service skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills with problem solving capabilities
