• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact.
• Familiarity with the store\'s products and services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per the store\'s schedule.
• Working hours 1030am - 830pm / Six day a week . One day Off per week .

TanggungjawabCustomer Service:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Assist customers in finding products, providing information about product features, and offering suitable recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience and leave the store satisfied.

Sales and Merchandising:

• Actively promote and upsell products to customers
• Maintain a good knowledge of the store\'s inventory and keep up-to-date with new product releases and promotions.
• Ensure products are neatly displayed and shelves are adequately stocked at all times.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays to enhance the store\'s overall aesthetics.

Store Maintenance:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to provide a pleasant shopping environment.
• Regularly check and restock supplies such as shopping bags, receipt rolls, and other essentials.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the store management.

Team Collaboration:

• Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist colleagues during peak hours or when necessary.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
