Job Description
- Help customers select products such as trophies, medals, or awards that suit their needs.
- Resolve any customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders by recording details and ensuring timely delivery or pickup.
- Promote new or sale items through direct customer interaction.
- Resolve any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Arrange product displays attractively to increase customer interest.
- Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction.
