Responsible for the coordination of sales functions and other administrative work to ensure realisation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s goal & objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordination of sales functions and other administrative work which includes, update of daily inventory stock & outstanding orders, and track customers collection accordingly.
  • Prepare sales contracts upon confirmation of sales, issue addendum for fixed exchange rate and CBOT futures, and obtain relevant verifications before sending documents to customers.
  • Provide order numbers to the transporters and follow up closely on delivery based on agreed delivery timeline.
  • Check and verify invoices from transporters, generate invoices and D/O for customers, and follow up on collection & payments to be recorded in the system.
  • Prepare order number for confirmed shipment \xe2\x80\x93 for collection from Port Klang, and handle collection of cargo by customers from Lumut and Port Klang.
  • Communicate with customer on contract, price, and collection quantity. Issue DN/CN/GRA to customers when there is a problem with cargo quality, shortage, and weight.
  • Prepare documentations for back to back sales/ purchases with suppliers and update final collection before billing.
  • Responsible for customers at Central
  • Responsible for local Purchase Payment, which includes preparation of documents and ensure payments are made.
  • Assist in invoices pertaining to deliveries in Butterworth and Central market and communicate with finance department on payment issuance.
  • Liaise with relevant parties on credit application and renewal of current and new customers.
  • To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Candidates with diploma in any business discipline
  • Candidates with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field preferred
