  • Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and maintaining client relationships.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, purchase orders, and other relevant sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues or concerns.
  • Generate sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to the sales team for effective decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and finance, to support sales initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the company\'s CRM system.
  • Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Support the sales team in managing inventory levels and product availability.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing presentations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong proficiency in documentation and sales support processes.
  • Familiarity with logistics and experience liaising with logistic partners.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
