Job Description

Sales coordinator is expected to service and maintain good customer relationship for our local businesses. Assist sales executive and keep updated for customers' orders and deliveries, following up with internal departments for deliveries, especially urgent deliveries.

Job Responsibilities:

To key in sales order into Autocount system once received orders. To gather and track customers' order status and always keep yourself updated. To be responsible for chasing and following up for urgent deliveries with production planning and store department and meet customers' target delivery date. Communicate effectively with internal and external parties. To manage, communicate and resolve customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat. To provide administrative support including, but not limited to, scheduling appointments and managing customer communication.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Have good command in English and Melayu, ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage (both oral and written). Have good communication skills and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), research and analytical skills. Able to work independently, strong work commitment, trustworthy, good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills & vigilant on calls waiting and helpdesk enquiry. Self motivated, aggressive, fast learner with positive attitude and able to meet timeline and perform well under pressure.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
