Requirements
  • Assist the sales team in coordinating sales activities, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing sales documentation.
  • Maintain and update the customer database and sales records accurately using data entry skills.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Support the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our products and services.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
