Job Description


  • Able to write and converse effectively in both English and Mandarin are an advantage but optional.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Having Soft selling & hard selling skills
  • We also welcome candidates who do not have any working experience in this specific industry but are eager to transition into it, their application will still be taken into consideration
Responsibilities
  • Make cold call people to promote our services.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer\'s requirements.
  • Persuade the customer by demonstrating how our services meet their needs.
  • Process customers quotation in a timely manner.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
  • Continuously maintain professionalism, confidentiality and integrity in all customer interactions and offer the best customer service experience by proactively, expeditiously and effectively solving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
