Responsibilities

Make cold call people to promote our services.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer\'s requirements.
Persuade the customer by demonstrating how our services meet their needs.
Process customers quotation in a timely manner.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Continuously maintain professionalism, confidentiality and integrity in all customer interactions and offer the best customer service experience by proactively, expeditiously and effectively solving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
