Kelayakan

  • Require to speak and write in Mandarin due using Stock System from Taiwan.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.
  • Able to work 5.5 days. (Saturday alternate off)
  • Possess at least SPM and above.
  • At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage.
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills to work with other team in organization.
Tanggungjawab
  • Daily office administration works.
  • Key in, invoicing, updating and filing.
  • Answer phones.
  • Route calls to specific people.
  • Any ad hoc tasks assign by Head of Department.
