Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Capcut).
• Experience with graphic design or video editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram).
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media and other marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and online campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
