Job Description
Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma in business/ sales & marketing or related field
- Preferable 21-30 years old
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Able to work independently
- Mature, responsible, energetic, dynamic and positive thinking
- Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft is required
- Possesses own transport
- Required languages: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate on sales order & delivery
- Assist the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Liaise with relevant departments, such as inventory and logistics, to ensure smoothness in daily working process
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales-related documentation
- Assist in Sales & Marketing day-to-day operation
- Plan and assist on marketing events & activities
