Position: Sales Coordinator
Salary : RM1,500 \xe2\x80\x93 RM1,800 Location: No 6-1, Jalan BPM 6, Taman Bukit Piatu Mutiara, 75150 Melaka.
Working Days: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, Saturday (9:00 AM \xe2\x80\x93 1:00 PM)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM : Assisting the sales in achieving their targets by coordinating and following up on sales activities. Coordinate and monitor sales activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines. Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues as required. Managing customer accounts and maintaining up-to-date customer records and databases. Providing administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, preparing expense reports, and maintaining sales materials. Prospect a list of company and referral leads generated through research, networking, social media, and special events. Support the sales team in managing customer accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and issue resolution. Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by upselling and offering other services. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Schedule:
