Requirements:

\xe2\x97\x8f Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business studies or relevant qualification

\xe2\x97\x8f Fresh graduates or individuals with different working experience are encouraged to apply.

\xe2\x97\x8f Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia, Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage

\xe2\x97\x8f Able to work independently and also a good team player.

\xe2\x97\x8f Result-oriented, strong self-motivation and work discipline.

\xe2\x97\x8f Possess a cheerful, happy, positive mindset.

Scopes:

\xe2\x97\x8f Assist and support in Sales Department when comes to documentation and customer assistance.

\xe2\x97\x8f Handle local existing and new customers

\xe2\x97\x8f Follow up customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquires

\xe2\x97\x8f Follow up with local existing customers to upsell and cross-sell the services in the form of total sourcing solutions

\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to ensure a seamless flow of information and resources to support the sales process.

\xe2\x97\x8f Help build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

\xe2\x97\x8f Update and advise customers on service completion time

\xe2\x97\x8f Attend to Director and senior consultant\xe2\x80\x99s assigned duties
