Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent, 1 year experience in similar role preferred
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented and responsible
• Good attitude, responsible, and a team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong team spirit

Responsibilities

• Handle and process customer orders, input into system and update status regularly
• Follow up on production or purchasing schedule to ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with customers, warehouse, logistics and other departments for smooth operations
• Arrange shipments and prepare documents (e.g. invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Assist in after-sales service
• Maintain and file relevant documents and reports
