Job Description


  • Preferably have at least 1-2 years working experience in the related field/ non-Medical field is also encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of English, and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Proficient with computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Well-organized and systemized in office maintenance and office management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidates must be competent in business administration, event management, or relevant field.
  • Self-initiative, Hardworking, and able to work independently in a team with a good attitude.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
  • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process.
  • Attend to all sales department email and maintain a correspondence database.
  • Set up appointments, schedule meetings, distribute reports, and manage the correspondence.
  • Communicate and respond to customers\' inquiries such as answering phone calls, and replying to emails.
  • Communicate regularly with the team to assist in procurement requests.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Perform data entry on bookkeeping records and daily business transactions such as preparing sales orders, quotations and invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials)
  • Manage office inventory and ensure the regular supply of office materials.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
  • Maintain and manage the company filing system.
  • Achieve KPI and company goals with the team.
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks and other tasks that superiors assign to.
