Sales Coordinator

Job Description


  • To ensure that all sales activities are organized and efficient, contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support:
  • Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Manage and maintain sales databases and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs for the sales team.
Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments such as marketing, finance, and production.
  • Communicate with customers to provide information on products, prices, availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Sales Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, tracking key metrics like sales targets, quotas, and lead conversion rates.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and forecast data.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Support the sales team in managing and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Maintain customer records in the RM system and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in the follow-up of sales leads and post-sales support activities.
Team Coordination:
  • Coordinate and assist with the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the sales team to ensure alignment with sales goals and strategies.
  • Organize and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination:
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Manage backorders and communicate with customers about order status.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in sales coordination and administration.
