Sales Coordinator for Solar Photovoltaic System company. Office located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor s 1) Sales Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team by preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations. Assist in managing customer inquiries and follow-up on sales leads. 2) Order Processing: Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services. Coordinate with various departments such as inventory, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 3) Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer databases and update customer information. Assist in managing customer accounts, addressing customer queries or issues, and providing excellent customer service. 4) Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for the sales team and management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 5) Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and events. Arrange travel arrangements and accommodations for sales representatives when required. Schedule and organize sales team meetings and conference calls. 6) Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments. Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and support sales promotions or campaigns. 7) Sales Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and documentation.
