Job Description


To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in sales coordinator or related fields.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and dedication to achieving goals.
  • Passionate about sales and possesses excellent teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
Responsibilities

Responsible to provide full support and coordination to assist sales team for day-to-day sales activities.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing sales activities and maintaining strong client relationships. Youwill be responsible for handling inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with order processing.
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely quotations for potential clients based on their requirementsand our pricing guidelines. Attention to detail is essential to ensure all relevant information is included in the quotes.
  • Order Processing: Process sales orders efficiently and accurately, coordinating with various internal teams suchas production, design, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery of products and services.
  • Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective and clearcommunication of project details, timelines, and any changes or updates.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain records of sales data, client interactions, and project progress. Provide regular reportsto the sales team and management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner,striving to exceed customer expectations and maintain a positive company image.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings,preparing presentation materials, and organizing sales-related events or activities.
  • Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
