  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
  • Manage sales activities and follow company rules: Ensure daily sales operations comply with both internal standards and legal requirements.
  • Help the sales team prepare for meetings and presentations: Organize and prepare necessary materials and documents; schedule meetings with clients.
  • Keep customer records up-to-date in the CRM system: Regularly update client interactions and sales details in the CRM to ensure accurate data availability.
Customer & Local Partner Interaction
  • Handle customer & local partners\' questions and needs quickly: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
Marketing and Promotions
  • Help create and run marketing materials and campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing department to produce sales-supportive materials and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Help organize promotional events and campaigns: Assist in planning and implementing promotional events and digital campaigns, monitoring performance and making necessary adjustments.
Event Coordination
  • Organize sales events and trade shows: Manage all aspects of event logistics, ensuring successful execution and representation of the company at public and trade events.
Interdepartmental Coordination
  • Work with other departments to align goals and improve communication: Facilitate effective communication and cooperation between sales and other departments to ensure aligned objectives and smooth operations.
