Job Description


  • Good communication skills in multiple languages such as Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Computer literacy
  • Prefer candidates with experience in sales coordinator, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD will be an advantage
Responsibilities
  • To assist the sales team in all administrative related tasks, such as preparing quotation, tender submission, progress claim and other relevant documents.
  • Provide support on delivery schedules and weekly reports.
  • Perform general filing duties and maintain an organized record for documentation
  • To follow up collection of due debts from customers.
  • To perform other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate superior.
