Position Title Sales Coordinator
Industry Manufacturing/Production
\xe3\x83\xbbTo process Purchase Order from Customer.
\xe3\x83\xbbLiaise with Procurement and Warehouse department to ensure timely deliveries.
\xe3\x83\xbbFollow up closely from received order till out for delivery.
\xe3\x83\xbbTo prepare daily delivery schedule and packing list.
\xe3\x83\xbbTo prepare Invoice and Delivery Order for daily shipment.
\xe3\x83\xbbTo follow up or update delivery schedule to customer if any changes date.
\xe3\x83\xbbResponse to customers enquiries, phone call, request and etc.
\xe3\x83\xbbTo ensure proper filing of documents / records.
\xe3\x83\xbbCommunicate important feedback from sales team & customers.
\xe3\x83\xbbTo prepare report as and when required.
\xe3\x83\xbbOther ad-hoc duties as assign..
Salary 3000~3500 (RM)
Location Selangor
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Diploma above in Business Studies / Administration Management
\xe2\x9c\x932-3 year(s) of working experience in related field
\xe2\x9c\x93Familiar and highly literate with Microsoft Software (Word/Excel/Power Point) Good time management skills
\xe2\x9c\x93Independent , Multi-tasking and able to work as a team
