Tanggungjawab

Sales Coordinator :

• Searching event business for venue by doing daily sales calls, tele-marketing, sales blitz.
• Secure business to achieve the given budget.
• Build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
• Identify current trends and competitors of each industry.
• Collect and analyse market information and prepare data and sales reports.
• Preparing quotation, costing, contracts and collecting payments.
• Handling site inspection with clients.
• Attending technical meeting & food tasting before the event.
• Attending weekly meetings
• Hitting sales call and tele-marketing targets in weekly basis.
• Involves in operation work during events, setup and teardown when requires.
• Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations.
• Fast learner and quick thinker.
• Passionate about sales.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
• Submit sales weekly and monthly report on time.
• Monthly sales evaluation report and presentation on business growth.
