Requirements

• SPM/Diploma in Business/Admin or related field
• 1-2 years's experience in sales admin
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Knowledge in SQL system will be advantage
• Must be able to work during Pet Fair event
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Process Sales Order , Delivery Order , Invoice , Debit Note and Credit Note
• Performs administration duties
• Can work independently, multitasking skill
• Coordinate with sales , warehouse and logistics team for smooth delivery
• Support sales team & follow up with customers
• Handling incoming email, phone calls and customer walk in visit
• Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
