Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator in Shah Alam. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing customer service to clients, coordinating and tracking sales operations, and communicating with sales teams. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team to meet sales targets, collaborate with internal departments, assist in preparing proposals and presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualification Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and Sales skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to collaborate with internal departments and manage customer expectations Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Experience in the energy or construction industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or related field
