  • Position title: Sales Coordinator.
  • Salary: RM 2000-2800.
  • Job location: Subang Jaya (5-day week),Selangor.

This company is a leading supplier of specialty medical, scientific and laboratory equipment for use in the industrial, academic and scientific sectors in Malaysia. They are in enviable position of having a niche market position, having presence in the business for over four decades.
Currently they are looking for the right candidate to provide support to the sales team/activities by receiving and processing customer orders, inputting these accurately onto the system, attending to customer inquiries and providing quotations.
The working hours are from 9.00am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. They are offering salary of RM 2000-2800 for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
As Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the sales and business development team in a number of essential tasks and duties. You will act as the point of administration and validation of the documentation and electronic records for all customer quotes, orders and contracts. The role will involve work closely with customers and sales personnel.
Main Duties:
  • Providing pre-sales support, by producing sales quotations for the Sales team.
  • Processing of sales orders and all associated administration.
  • Providing coordination/liaison between sales, purchasing, customer service.
  • Maintaining and developing good working relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and E-mails.
  • To record accurate and timely sales and order information onto the system.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal supplier/inventory to execute the supply.
The person
  • Female preferred; age 20-28.
  • Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Administration or any other disciplines.
  • 1-2 years of sales support role in previous employment.
  • Proficient with excellent communication skills especially in English and conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Possess good customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Good team player as this role involves a great amount of coordination.
This role would suit someone from a customer service, account management or order processing background/role with an interest in medical or scientific industry.
