Responsibilities:
Receive customer's orders via System/Whatsapp process customer orders into the data system.
Print Purchase Order and key in remarks into the ERP System.
Print labels and ensure accurate information.
Pass the labels to the production team and follow up with the production team.
Preparation for delivery.
Print Invoice and Delivery Order and pass it to the driver.
Order fulfilled and cut off.
Process as such:
Enquiries/Orders - ERP system - Purchase Order - Invoice/ Labels and Remarks - Labels passed to production team - Follow up with the production progress - Readily prepare for the delivery of the order - Pass Delivery Order and Invoice to the driver - Order fulfilled.
Requirements:
SPM/Diploma holder or above.
Experienced in coordinating and handling orders, purchase order and coordinating between internal departments.
Chinese-speaking is crucial as need to communicate with Chinese stakeholders.
Male.
