Job Responsibilities:

To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries by providing accurate information to all clients. Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements and provide solutions. Engage with potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner. Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers to build relationships Support in administration as and when required by the superior. Work closely with the team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.

Job Requirements:

Fast learner

and able to

adapt quickly

to constant changes in operational processes. We are looking for someone who are

fluent in Mandarin and English

as the role may require the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients from overseas.

Fresh graduates

with a high drive to earn money will be considered. Candidate must possess own transport and smartphone. Applicants should be
