Job Description
Sales Coordinator
Up to RM3,500 (Depends on experience)
Monday to Friday - 8:30 am to 6:00pm
Hardware Trading @ Ulu Tiram
Main Job Responsibilities
Proactively call potential customers to introduce in-house brand (Premium Wood Composites).
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
Extract relevant customer details from inquiries and pass them to the business development team for follow-up.
Assist customers with post-purchase inquiries, including handling warranty claims and service requests.
Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of customer interactions, feedback, and service issues.
Requirements
Min SPM
Possess at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field, fresh graduate welcome to apply
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
