As Sales & Events Coordinator or Sales & Events Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the hotel's sales and event efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the sales team in managing enquiries and coordinating sales activities to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team, guests, and various departments within the hotel to ensure efficient and seamless reservation processes and exceptional guest experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales/Events
Provide telephone and email support for Sales department and respond to all enquiries quickly in a timely, clear, and professional manner.
Sending / liaising / corresponds with clients on Sales enquiries- rates, event spaces, packages.
Support Sales department administrative tasks including correspondence, preparing reports, agendas, notes, and minute of meetings.
Create and maintain guest profiles, contact and additional necessary database in CRM.
Assist Director of Sales with preparation of contracts, proposals, and/or addendums.
Assist and coordinate with other departments, especially F&B team to execute all events & meetings in an efficient manner.
Manage all event spaces by ensuring accurate event information is collected and entered in shared Event or Marketing timeline file.
Gather materials and assemble information packages - corporate gifts, promotional materials.
Assist in performing hotel site inspections with potential clients.
Meet with clients in the absence of Director of Sales to convey details effectively and professionally to the clientele.
Complete additional projects or work tasks as assigned by Director of Sales.
