Job Description

1. To assist the Sales & Marketing Officer on daily sales activities. 2. Prepare sales order, proforma invoice upon receiving purchasing order from customers. 3. Coordinate with planner to schedule production and liase with purchasing department of Material delivery on time to fullfill customers requirement. 4. Prepare sample submission to customer accordingly. 5. Assist in customer complaint.. 6. Assist in customer survey and feedback. 7. Preparing and handling of shipping documents process as per procedure indicated. 8. Performs other duties that have been assigned from time to time.
