Sales Coordinators

Job Description


s:

  • Handling customer request via email.
  • Coordinate with production department and correspondence with customer on their requirements.
  • Preparing sales quotation and follow up sales order
  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Required to prepare delivery order and invoice
  • Inventory management, stock monitoring
  • Ensure office administrative functions are well coordinated
  • To undertake any ad-hoc tasks pertaining to administrative duties as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year of related working experience.
  • Able to work independently, problem-solving attitude.
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken in English, Malay.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
