Handle sales transactions, including processing orders, issuing invoices, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and claims promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Provide after-sales service, addressing any post-purchase concerns, coordinate repairs and replacements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Actively engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable furniture solutions from our collection.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and Japanese clients, ensure smooth communication, coordinate product availability, and resolve any issues.
Stay updated on product knowledge, including the latest trends and features of our products, to effectively guide and advise customers.
Communicate effectively in both English and Malay for internal coordination, including collaborating with team members and participating in meetings.
Market planning, analysis, and business development.
Work Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales coordination/support role from the manufacturing industry.
Minimum Diploma or above with proven experience in overseas sales.
Proficiency in English and Malay.
Experience using Glovia system (ERP) is an added advantage.
Working experience in furniture industry is an added advantage.
Experience in ISO is an added advantage.
