1. Respond positively, politely, and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out duties in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Demonstrate a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness of dining area according to Company's standard.
3. As and when required assist with other tasks within your capabilities to maintain and improve services within the premises.

1. Strong customer service skills and experience
2. Strong team player within a high quality customer service operation
3. Be self-motivated and able to work under pressure
