Job Description
Overall Role and Responsibility: Sales support & Customer service in cooperation with the sales managers and customers within the global regions/areas in Palsgaard. Main Task: General support in the sales process for defined regions/areas: - Customer correspondence, high level service - Order creation - Customer creation - Create quotations in cooperation with sales managers - Prepare status regarding credit limit issues on daily basis - Assist in updating sales forecast - Register questionnaires in CRM and general cooperation with Regulatory affairs department - Assist in sample /opportunity registration in CRM - Coordinate needs for special label creation - Seminars/Visits/Reservations/invitation letters - Create claims from customers - Ad hoc support to sales process and management - Improvements in sales processes and IT-systems globally - Might handle some direct customers (Segment C &D) Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Benefits:
