Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales cum Admin to join our team. The role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, generating sales through phone, email, and walk-in customers, as well as providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong passion for sales,aggressive and proactive in doing sales. Result-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask independently. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken). Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin, as many customers are Chinese-speaking.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally. Counter daily procedure (opening /closing and payment voucher) Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service recommendations. Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices. Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers. Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management. Coordinate with the operations/logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and activity reports. Assist in after-sales support and handle customer complaints efficiently.
