Position: Sales Cum Customer Service
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Location: NO:113A-2, Jalan Prima SG 4, Prima Seri Gombak, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor

Job Scope

1) Sales Responsibilities

Manage and update customer databases effectively Craft persuasive sales copy to attract new customers Achieve daily KPIs (MST: 4/day, PTP: 8/day) and meet sales targets Conduct 80 cold calls per day to generate leads and opportunities Coordinate with team members and departments to align sales efforts Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Engage in online live sales and support offline event-based sales Continuously improve sales techniques through feedback

2) Customer Service Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat professionally Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback Provide insights and recommendations based on customer needs Contribute to a collaborative, goal-oriented team environment

3) Cross-Functional Collaboration

Liaise with departments like Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR Support company-wide initiatives and enhance customer experience

4) Administrative Support

Prepare sales reports and analyze customer feedback Assist sales teams with day-to-day administrative tasks

5) Reporting & Planning

Plan, execute, and submit reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annually)

6) Continuous Improvement

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Join training programs to sharpen skills and grow professionally

Preferred Qualifications

1) Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field
2) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3) Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
4) Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume sales activity
5) Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
