Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Actively engage with customers to take and submit orders.
- Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries and meet customer needs.
- Merchandising - Plan and execute product displays to attract consumers and maximize sales included arranging products, creating visual displays, sorting based on FIFO, handling complaints, verifying rejected / wrong orders and providing relevant documents.
- Monitor and achieve various sales target.
- Preferably working experience in FMCG line managing Key Account / Supermarket.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationship.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional
- Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing and pleasant personality.
- Highly discipline in sales activities planning.
