Sales & Customer Advisor (Inai Republic)

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their beauty and hair care needs, offering suitable product recommendations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective promotion of Inai Republic's henna-based products and haircare solutions. Provide professional consultation and detailed product information including benefits, ingredients, color choices, and usage tips to help customers make informed decisions. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints politely and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and brand trust. Maintain attractive, neat, and organized product displays in accordance with Inai Republic's visual and branding standards. Process sales transactions (cash, QR payment, credit card) accurately and efficiently. Prepare daily and periodic sales reports for management, including performance analysis and suggestions for improvement. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and live host teams to achieve company-wide sales goals and create a positive shopping experience across platforms. Comply with company policies, including safety, stock management, and ethical standards. Stay updated with the latest haircare and beauty trends, henna innovations, and competitor strategies to continuously enhance product knowledge. Participate in company training sessions and workshops to strengthen sales techniques, product understanding, and customer engagement skills.
