Position: Sales & Customer Engagement Executive
Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours : 8.30AM - 5.30PM (Standby Mode After Working Hours)
Location: No. 7-1 & 9-1, Jalan KLJ 2, Taman Kota Laksamana Jaya, 75050 Melaka

1. Respond to incoming leads from media social and etc.
2. Answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales professionally and quickly
3. Communicate fluently and naturally in Mandarin, Malay, and English (spoken & written)
4. Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to optimize scripts and conversions
5. Follow up with prospects, track conversations, and ensure successful handover
6. Handle pre-sales and post-sales communication to build trust and loyalty
7. Achieve (or exceed!) monthly sales targets--you'll be rewarded well for it

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1. Can write and speak fluently in Mandarin, Malay, and English
2. Is proactive and not afraid to start conversations or ask for the sale
3. Understands customer psychology and has great empathy
4. Enjoys social messaging (TikTok, FB, WhatsApp) and quick follow-ups
5. Is organized, efficient, and great at managing conversations
6. Has a strong team spirit and is excited to work with digital content creators
7. Fresh grads welcome--as long as you're hungry, adaptable, and coachable
