Women & Wealth by Aisya Rahman Advisory is Malaysia's leading financial literacy movement empowering women to master their money, mindset, and mission. We've trained hundreds of women to take charge of their finances, and we're now expanding our community nationwide through masterclasses, digital programmes, and events.

We're looking for a warm yet persistent Sales & Customer Success Executive who can connect, convert, and care for our students, turning interest into enrolment.

Role Overview

This role bridges both sales and customer service, you'll be the voice of Women & Wealth, reaching out to our database of leads, nurturing them through calls and WhatsApp, and guiding them to enrol in our financial literacy programmes. You'll also ensure every student feels seen, supported, and successful throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

Call, follow up, and convert existing leads and database contacts into paying Women & Wealth students. Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' pain points and match them to the right programme. Manage WhatsApp follow-ups, voice notes, and CRM updates. Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets (e.g., close 5+ students per week). Support marketing campaigns by calling leads generated from ads or webinars.

Customer Service

Welcome new students, guide them through onboarding, and provide timely reminders about classes and payments. Handle general inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or phone professionally and empathetically. Build relationships with alumni and nurture repeat sign-ups or referrals. Collect feedback and testimonials for continuous improvement.

Operations & Reporting

Maintain accurate lead records in CRM (Kuasa / Trello). Prepare weekly sales and follow-up reports. Liaise with marketing and events teams for seamless class coordination.

Who You Are

Excellent communicator: confident on the phone and WhatsApp. Warm, empathetic, and professional: you genuinely care about helping women improve their finances. Goal-driven and self-motivated: you love achieving your sales targets. Organised and detail-oriented: you manage follow-ups like clockwork. Prior experience in tele-sales, education, or financial services is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
