Job Description

Responsibility

Conduct cold calls and online messaging to approach potential clients and generate new leads. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media in a timely and professional manner. Share promotional materials and assist in creating content to attract customers. Assist in social media posting, content updates, and marketing promotions to increase visibility and engagement. Support event and campaign planning, including preparation, coordination, and customer follow-up. Maintain good relationships with clients, consignors, and partners to build long-term trust. Work closely with the team to meet sales and marketing objectives.

Requirements

Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field. Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.). Creative, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic design or social media experience is a plus. Willing to work flexible hours during campaigns or events.
