AND You are the talent we are looking for!TanggungjawabResponsibilities:Sales Order Management:
  • Generate and manage sales orders/picking lists.
  • Verify and print invoices, ensuring all details are accurate.
  • Provide remarks on invoices where necessary.
Quotation Management:
  • Enter and update quotations in the system.
Administrative & Office Duties:
  • Handle daily documentation, including receipt management and filing.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Communication & Customer Service:
  • Respond to incoming calls, purchase orders (POs), and email inquiries from sales personnel and customers.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ad-hoc Responsibilities:
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.
  • Undertake additional assignments as needed.
