Sales Data Analyst (MNC Pharmaceutical)
Petaling Jaya
*Salary RM4,500 - RM5,500*
Requirements:
- A Bachelor Degree holder with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience in SFE.
- Able to effectively analyse and interpret data, and present recommendations.
- Strong competency with Microsoft Excel especially Pivot Table. Knowledge of SAP or DMS system is an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written English communication, capable of making effective presentations.
- Experience working with a business intelligence system, excel, reporting
- Generate reports, validate and create account creation
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales / commercial data
- Monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer, and market trends
- Provide training for new users on existing dashboards
- Compiling feedback on new dashboards and support in scheduling discussions
- Database maintenance
- To perform routine validation on availability and accuracy, raise issues, communicate with troubleshooting IT personnel, follow up on the progress, keep track of a list
- Prepare necessary documentation related to dashboards
- Support on privacy steward
