Managed and responded to all inbound calls and messages, ensuring timely and professional communication. Conducted discovery and qualification calls to identify and prioritize top-of-funnel leads. Presented Rent-to-Own solutions and converted qualified leads into advisory calls. Assisted in developing designs and tailored proposals for prospective clients. Coordinated appointment scheduling for sales associates to conduct advisory calls and site surveys. Supported the sales team with new initiatives to optimize the sales process and enhance the customer experience. Executed ad-hoc projects to provide additional support and drive team success.

Job Requirements:



Minimum Diploma or higher At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a phone-based role Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Slides, Sheets) Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling challenges and rejections with persistence and patience Organised, able to multi-task, and manage priorities in a fast-paced startup environment Motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a growing team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
