Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or higher
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a phone-based role
Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Slides, Sheets)
Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable handling challenges and rejections with persistence and patience
Organised, able to multi-task, and manage priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
Motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a growing team.
