Responsible for face-to-face and remote selling to both new and existing customers.
Promotes the organization\'s products to surgeons, OR managers, and other associated medical personnel at hospitals and clinics in order to achieve pre-established targets and meet sales objectives.
Execution of national/regional/local promotional activities and programs for Ethicon Endo-mechanical and Energy products
Develops and delivers sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducts product demonstrations.
Develops medium to long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.
Operate within an assigned territory budget and adhere to assigned administrative duties
Communicates information throughout the clinical sales area to ensure employees stay well-informed on product knowledge and launches.
Contributes to the development and execution of strong selling strategies and strategic sales plans to help achieve overall sales goals and objectives.
Demonstrates product and procedural knowledge; clinical and procedural excellence, product expertise, and new product introduction experience.
Bachelor\'s degree qualification
Preferably 3-5 years experience in sales training / sales management
Ability to work independently with high responsibility.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Strong customer management and problem solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with customer.
Ability to prioritize and multi task with attention to detail.
Preferably have a good track record on achievements.
Self-motivated, energetic, proven sales skills.
Relevant product experience preferred.
Good command of English; speaking, reading and writing is required.
Able to travel.
