Execute day to day sales operations (e.g. making regular sales calls/visits, handling sales inquiries and quotation, after sales service, attend complaints to improve customer satisfaction and payment collection within credit term)
Develop new accounts by actively prospecting in assigned sales territory.
To build good rapport and understand the needs of customers, advise them regarding product application, pricing, promotions, solutions development and proposed delivery.
Able to interact with customers (at all levels) in a fast-paced competitive market by being proactive, resourceful and efficient.
To submit Daily and Weekly Pipeline reporting in a timely manner.
