Salary: RM 4500 - RM 6000
Working hours: US Shift ( 10pm-6am)
Responsibilities-
Manage and prioritize inbound inquiries from calls, chats, and form requests.
Utilize CRM operations and sales enablement tools like Salesloft to track and manage leads.
Measure and analyze conversion rates and time of first touch to ensure efficiency.
Transition from actioning inbound leads to actioning inbound signals effectively.
Follow up on inquiries from the channels to maximize opportunity conversions.
Identify and manage non-sales inquiries and hand them off to the relevant teams.
Conduct account research and use directional questions and other sales methodologies to drive conversations and engagements.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Contribute to the development of best-in-class practices for lead management
Requirements
Fluency in English; proficiency in any second language is preferable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, quick-changing environment.
Strong critical thinking and contextual awareness.
Previous experience in sales or sales development roles.
Highly motivated and goal oriented, with a hunter mentality.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
